Much of my work reflects the habitat of the rural setting. Part vibrant and enthusiastic, and part
traumatized and bare both reflect their own honesty and beauty for me.

I use color and light as my narrative to exhibit some of the identity and emotion of the regions
I highlight. By painting my experience I hope to trigger others personal memories and impressions
of space, atmosphere and place. In its most comfortable and successful state my work triggers
leaving the inside to go outside.
